Known Issues[edit | edit source]
Question #1: Throughout this collection, when I browse I never know from where any image is going to be from … it bounces around on me. For example: If I am browsing through Guatemala > Alta Verapaz > Cobán" > 1887-Padrones > Image 26 of 992 and click on NEXT ->, the path changes to Guatemala > Suchitepéquez > Mazatenango > 1887-Padrones > Image 27 of 992. How do I know for sure where the record originates since there is no reference to the city on the image?
Answer #1: These final browse points are considered to be “wandering breadcrumbs”; that is, some final browse points flip back and forth between different localities. Until the problem is resolved, you will have to read each image to determine the proper location.
