COTHAM (St. Michael), a parish, in the union, and S. division of the wapentake, of Newark, S. division of the county of Nottingham, 4 miles (S.) from Newark. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.[1]

Cotham is an Ancient parish whose boundary forms part of the County boundary with neighbour Long Bennington, Lincolnshire Genealogy .
The disused parish church of St Michael has been designated a grade II* listed building listed building
