Question 1[edit | edit source]

Question 1: The Event Type and Year Range (waypoint) title does not properly reflect the actual digital record content. Is there a way to determine what digital records are likely to be found within a collection?
Answer 1: The following list of known waypoint discrepancies describes the event type or year range that actually exist in this collection:

  • Hjørring > Ellinggård gods > Skifteprotokoller 1771-1779 (Ribe amt) should be Ribe > Elling gods > Skifteprotokoller 1771-1779
  • Hjørring > Ellinggård gods > Skifteprotokoller 1799-1810 (Ribe amt) should be Ribe > Elling gods > Skifteprotokoller 1799 – 1810.
  • Odense > Kærsgård gods and Odense > Kjærsgård gods are the same locality.
  • Odense > Søbysøgård gods and Odense > Søby Søgård gods are the same locality.
  • Svendborg > Langelands gods and Svendborg > Grevskabet Langelands gods and Svendborg > Langeland Grevskabs godser are the same locality.
  • Svendborg > Rygård gods and Svendborg > Ryegård gods are the same locality.
  • Svendborg > Mægård gods … the correct name of this estate is Maegård gods.
  • Svendborg > Thorseng gods should be included under the browse path Svendborg > Tåsinge gods.
