Known Issues[edit | edit source]

Question #1: When searching this collection, I find that the alphabetical names end with Grebe. Where can the missing records be found?
Answer #1: The complete alphabet has not yet been published on-line. The Catalog Film Notes state, “Collection currently is organized alphabetically and microfilmed for surnames A-V only. The rest of the collection is being acquired with W and Z in progress.” Until they are all published online you may find the images are available on Films. You may search the Catalog using the Keyword Search and the words “Germany Business Licenses.” See Ordering Microfilm or Microfiche for instructions on ordering microfilm as well as finding a local FamilySearch Center where you can view the films.
