Brief History

Beaver Cove was organized as a town from Beaver Cove Plantation in 1978; which was organized in 1975 from Gore A2 WELS, also known as Township A2 Thirteenth and Fourteenth Ranges West of the Eastern Line of the State (TA2 R13 WELS and TA2 R14 WELS).[1]
