Note[edit | edit source]

NOTE: For a way to determine what digital records are likely to be found within a collection or how to find missing images elsewhere, see Article 56000, Using Film Notes in the Catalog to determine the content of a final waypoint in Historical Records.

Known Issues[edit | edit source]

Question 1[edit | edit source]

Question 1: The Event Type and Year Range (waypoint) title does not properly reflect the actual digital record content. Is there a way to determine what digital records are likely to be found within a collection?
Answer 1: The following list of known waypoint discrepancies describes the event type or year range that actually exist in this collection:

Campo Maior > Arquivo Público do Estado do Piauí > Matrimônios 1889-1917 contains marriage records 1899-1901 (Images 2-94) and 1907-1911 (Images 95-396).

Campo Maior > Arquivo Público do Estado do Piauí > Matrimônios 1894-1933 contains birth records 1895-1898 (Images 2-51); marriages 1901-1907 and 1932-1933 (Images 52-170); and Image 171 is a single birth 1950 record.

Campo Maior > Ofício Único > Óbitos 1975-1978 contains Óbitos 1965-1968 in the first 310 images, followed by Óbitos 1975-1978.

Campo Maior > Ofício Único > Óbitos 1982 contains Óbitos 1956-1958.
