In FamilySearch Wiki, the Heading 1 format has bigger, bolder text than the page title. Therefore, some users aren't using Heading 1. We need a discussion on whether and how the community would like us to change the Heading 1 format. Please add your comments to the Discussion page.

So everyone know what they look like and know what "Heading 1" is . . . this line is in "Normal" format. The following lines are in the specified formats:

Heading 1[edit | edit source]

Heading 2[edit | edit source]

Heading 3[edit | edit source]

Heading 4[edit | edit source]

Heading 5[edit | edit source]
Heading 6[edit | edit source]

With that all said and done, my real question is not so much about why Heading 1 is not used. If I remember correctly, I believe the items that appear in the Table Of Contents start with Heading 2. This may be a big reason why Heading 1 is not used so much. Thomas Lerman 04:37, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
