Part 1[edit | edit source]
1. Click on the Department link in the Task List.
2. Click on the red link under Distritos del departamento de... to create new district page. DO NOT click on the red link that starts with Plantilla:...
3. Copy the following code and paste into the blank wiki page:

4. Replace DEPARTMENT NAME, DISTRICT NAME and PAGE NAME with their respective terms. Do not replace PAGE NAME IN ENGLISH WIKI.
5. Save page.
Part 2[edit | edit source]
1. Click on the Department link in the Task List.
2. This project will add content to the blank district pages. Documents with information will be emailed to you.
3. Transfer information from the document to the blank district page. Copy the text for each bullet point. Period at the end. Add and subtract bullet points as needed. Bullet points are created using an asterisk. Make sure any diacritic marks stay the same. Populate each section on the page as follows:
4. Historia section:
- Copy the text for each bullet point.
- Add period at the end.
- For the Citas sentence (starts with <ref>)add Spanish Wikipedia article name, link to the article and date. Move behind the last period and make sure there is a space between the period and <ref>.
- Link: copy the link from the document.
- Article name: click on the link in the document and copy the article name.
- Date: format as DAY de MONTH, YEAR. Example: Visitado el 2 de septiembre, 2018.
5. Registro civil:
- Add link and collection name from the document to the first sentence.
- If there are no records listed use the second sentence.
6. Registros parroquiales:
- Add link and collection name from the document to the first sentence.
- If there are no records listed use the second sentence.
7. Censos:
- Add link and collection name from the document to the first sentence.
- If there are no records listed use the second sentence.
NOTE: If all of the above records are missing, delete the following code:

8. Cementerios:
- Add cemeteries from the document.
- If there are no cemeteries listed delete the asterisk.
9. Localidades:
- Add localities from the document in alphabetical order.
- If there are no localities listed delete the asterisk.
4. Save the page.
