Parish History[edit | edit source]

South Kyme St Mary and All Saints is an Ancient Parish which is in part the surviving part of Augustine Priory founded in the 12th century on this site. The church was substantially rebuilt in 1805 and then restored in 1890 after North Kyme St Luke had been founded.

North Kyme St Luke is an ecclesiastical parish and replaced a much earlier Ancient Parish church which did not survive the Restoration.
