Introduction[edit | edit source]
The SOL or Solar System is a gravitationally bound system within the Gaia Milky Way Galaxy. It is made up of a star we call "Sun" and the objects that orbit it. Of the objects that orbit the Sun, the largest are the eight planets, with the remainder being smaller objects, dwarf planets, satellites (or moons), and smaller Solar System bodies.
The eight planets include: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
