Can't approve your changes for Apr 4th

The link you added, May 2018 Class Schedule doesn't work. I get errors. The link to the April syllabus does work, however. O'Golly, Wiki Spt (talk) 17:58, 5 April 2018 (UTC)

Hi Gary, Again I apologize for clobbering your pages with edits. I created a new category: "Lehi Utah FamilySearch Center" that contains all the pages related to the Center (by editing the Template:Lehi_Menu using 'includeonly'). This way I can avoid making changes to these pages in the future.

Still, I want to alert you that the 'click' template is deprecated because you can get the exact same features by using regular wiki syntax for images like [[file:abc.jpg|link=SomePageOrUrl]]. For example, the wiki markup [[File:Augusta County Boundary Map.JPG|link=Augusta County, Virginia Genealogy|200px|right]] links to the Augusta County, Virginia Genealogy page, with a 200px width and floated to the right:

Augusta County Boundary Map.JPG

See Help:Images for more about the syntax.

Example conversion of the click template

Here's an example of converting from the click template to the HTML id and class markup to enable CSS buttons.

Eliminating Click template

Hi Gary,

If you look at this edit I made, it shows how to convert a click template to regular wiki markup. The link attribute can be a local, or external URL.

I hope that explains it clearly. Let me know if you have questions.

Changes to US HR Infobox Template

There is actually another section of the template that needs to be update in order for any additional URLs to display. As these template are used for Historical Records content, I would appreciate you letting me know if there are changes you would suggest. I will discuss them with the person assigned to that locality so they are aware of any changes and can approve them in advance. Thank you. SvareJM (talk) 17:29, 28 July 2020 (MDT)

Hi Gary, Thank you for letting me know about the need for adding lines to the FamilySearch and Related Websites sections. With all the editing that goes on on some of these pages I think people may be forgetting to preview their changes before saving them, and not noticing the added content isn't displaying. Thanks for having our back on this. If you find more that are in need of updating, let me know and I'll get on it as soon as I can. Again, thanks very much for helping us out!
